"Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with State Farm and this office. What should have been a relatively simple request to update the ownership and beneficiary of two life insurance policies following the death of my mother took nearly four months because of all of the mistakes made along the way. It's difficult enough to lose a parent - to have to deal with this level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. To add to the frustration, State Farm as a company is severely lagging on the technology front. I've had similar interactions with other insurance companies that took less than two weeks to complete. At this point, I'm not sure I could count on State Farm to deliver on a claim, if needed. So disappointing."
