"I had a several complex issues pertaining to my auto policy, which is renewing in July. I only had a few minutes to make a modification to my policy as written and ask a few questions. Cyndie handled my call professionally and expediently. She answer all my questions, including one that needed a little research. She made the modification and did some follow up work after we hung up. She texted me later indicating that the change was completed in the system and everything looked good for my renewal date.
She also reminded me that there was a form I needed to sign in the next few days. The best part of the conversation was her friendly tone and enthusiasm to help. Thank you, Cyndie!!! I look forward to speaking with her again in the future, if needed."

"Michelle first talked to my wife about our renewal who reviewed what we needed in our policy to explain our new cost and sent us an additional form we needed to sign. She was efficient and made sure the docs were completed correctly.
Jalisa helped me complete an additional document and get it completed for our policy. Jalisa then helped me to find our new updated insurance cards to print them out.

"Cyndie, with the Patrice Weston State Farm office, worked miracles today. Without getting into too much detail, there was an issue with receiving our current flood insurance renewal bill from FEMA; our State Farm Port Charlotte office is listed as our agent for FEMA. Fortunately Cyndie from the Port Charlotte office caught the issue notification from FEMA this morning and notified me this morning. Cyndie was able to get a live agent at FEMA on the phone this afternoon to correct the issue with FEMA. In addition, FEMA also needed verification that I was who I said I was. Cyndie patiently worked with a agent at FEMA for at least an hour on the phone. Both Cyndie and the FEMA agent took extra caution to not only correct the issue online, but ensured it was also well documented online in the FEMA flood policy for me, State Farm, and FEMA. Cyndie was extremely professional and patient through this entire process with FEMA and me. And, I was able to pay the FEMA flood renewal premium while I was there. Thank you!"
